Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare and most Medicare Advantage plans.  Most of my services are covered by insurance, and I notify clients of any potential fees before providing services that are not covered.

Some health plans provide coverage for out-of-network providers, but the amount covered will vary by plan, and you may need to pay for my services up front and get reimbursed from the plan after submitting a claim.  I'm glad to discuss these options with you by phone if you have questions.

Rates for Self-Pay Clinical Services

• $200 for initial assessments for psychotherapy, assessment, and behavioral interventions

• $130 for 30-minute behavioral intervention follow-ups

• $175 for 45-minute individual therapy sessions

• $220 for 60+ minute individual therapy sessions

• Rates for assessments and legal services vary (please contact me directly for details)

Payment Options

I accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and health spending cards.

Fees for Training Services

If you are interested in having me conduct an in-service training for your staff, please call me to discuss rates and details.  Discounts may apply for facilities requesting multiple trainings and/or presentations at multiple facilities.
